Digital Delivery
After paying online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your payment details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your payment within a few minutes of paying. We will attempt to send your electronic finished native artwork files via your preferred delivery method within 24hrs.

Refund & Returns Policy
Ownership of all finished materials (such as electronic data, native artwork files, PDF’s and film), used to print or publish an order shall be transferred to you once all accounts have been paid in full. Should you fail to claim ownership of such materials within thirty days of delivery Gotham reserves the right to store or destroy such materials at its discretion. Gotham shall not be held liable for loss, damage or neglect of such stored materials unless you request in writing that such materials be kept in a suitable condition for future use.
All artwork is prepared to your specifications. Where we have prepared artwork that is not to your specification, and thus not suitable for its intended media, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the finished artwork files. Please email us at info@gotham.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Gotham will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
